SysTools Outlook to Notes is a program that will enable you to fully migrate your profile from Microsoft Outlook to Lotus Notes. The program allows you through a nice user interface to convert the Private folder (.PST) file format to the Notes Storage Format (.NSF) file format. The program can migrate all of your emails with their full meta-data including everything like rich text, images and their attachments. In addition, the program can also import contacts, alarms, tasks, to do lists , appointments, notes, journals and even calendars. All your custom folders and sub folders will be copied along with all the other basic folders such as inbox, deleted items, drafts and sent items. The program can access all of these folders and items by providing it with a .PST file or it can directly scan your current default Microsoft Outlook users for all private folders available and it will provide you with a list of them, when you select a private folder you can choose which folders to import and which folders not to import easily just by simply checking the folders you want. The program can import from Microsoft Outlook versions from 2000 to 2007 and Lotus Notes from version 5.0 to 8.0. |
