SysTools Outlook to Notes can help you migrate your email client from Microsoft Outlook to Lotus Notes by converting your PST files to NSF. It has a nice, wizard-like interface, which will guide you through the steps required for a successful conversion.
As input, the application can automatically detect the Outlook mailboxes configured on your machine. Moreover, you can also choose any other PST file. Once you have chosen the source Outlook mailbox file, you can proceed to preview its contents. This application successfully detects all the included folders, such as Inbox, Outbox, Deleted Messages, Notes, Task Lists, etc. However, you do not need to convert all the folders because you can select only the desired items instead. This way, depending on the purpose of the conversion, you can perform a full migration or just export the Outlook contact list to Notes, for instance. Fortunately, the original PST file will remain intact after conversion as all the changes are applied to the newly created file.
When tested, the application allowed me to preview the elements in my mailbox successfully. However, I could not check the accuracy of the results because the program needs Lotus Notes installed on your machine; otherwise, in addition to displaying an error message, it crashes. Another limitation is that it does not support batch conversion.
